My favourite cobbler over the last twenty years. No way to go elsewhere

I have never had any complaints about the quality of the repair, but I do have complaints about the customer friendliness of the older gentleman. If you have different wishes like me with a women's size 44 and therefore very little choice in shoes and, due to a dance hobby, you want leather soles under newly purchased shoes and sometimes also shoe polish and saphir shoe paint in a specific color, then you have not come to the right place. You are helped when you are grumpy. He resoled my previous shoes with visible reluctance, but they did a good job. And previously I managed to find the shoe paint I wanted on the shelf, even though I was told it wouldn't be in stock. I now choose a customer-friendly shoemaker who wants to think along with me and where I do not have the feeling that I am seen as a difficult customer.
