I came in with a question about repairing the straps of my backpack. They couldn't do that at the tailor. And unfortunately the Teacher doesn't have the right machine for it either. I received very good help when dropping off my loafers. Initially it only involved replacing the outsole and heel, with a little cleaning. When I came back I hardly recognized my shoes anymore. Cleaning the shoes was a lot more intensive than previously thought. As a result, more costs should actually be charged, but due to the good service I did not have to pay for this!

Well helped. Big tip to have additional keys made, where I was always sent away at other companies because they didn't have my key and suggested putting a different lock on it, I had a new and suitable key from this gentleman within 10 minutes.
